The Lord has used Full Supply to impact thousands of women’s lives through its Christ-centered ministry, reaching across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Full Supply is a leadership development ministry focused on mentoring Christian women who are mature in their faith but feel unprepared to confidently mentor others. We provide the training, resources, and support they need to live courageously and fully embrace their calling.
Our Foundation
The ministry name and calling stem from Paul sending Timothy to “Encourage, Strengthen and Supply what is lacking in the faith” of the Christians so no one would be unsettled by questions or trials they were facing. This produced an unswerving faith that led to greater world impact.
Vision
We envision a day when Christian mentors are easily accessible for every woman who wants one worldwide.
Mission
Our mission is to develop Christ-centered mentor leaders by equipping mature Christian women—who may feel unprepared—with the training and resources they need to confidently mentor others. We strive to empower them to live courageously and fulfill their God-given calling with purpose and impact.

Hi, I’m Connie Menser
I know firsthand the pressures that come with being a mentor. During my time as an International Specialist with a non-profit organization, where I helped raise national leaders both overseas and in the U.S., I discovered how my confidence and understanding of my calling allowed me to live courageously in alignment with the Great Commission.
Today, I’m committed to teaching the path to spiritual growth and biblical leadership principles that shaped me into the mentor I am today and led me to found Full Supply, Inc.
I believe in you, and I’m here to help you lead with confidence and live courageously as you fulfill your God-given calling.
