The Lord has impacted thousands of women’s lives through Full Supply, a Christ-centered non-profit organization that extends from the U.S. to Europe, Africa and Asia.

Full Supply is a mentor leadership development ministry that helps mature, but ill-prepared Christian women get the training and resources they need to confidently mentor others and live courageously to successfully live out their calling.

Our Foundation

The ministry name and calling stem from Paul sending Timothy to “Encourage, Strengthen and Supply what is lacking in the faith” of the Christians so no one would be unsettled by questions or trials they were facing. This produced an unswerving faith that led to greater world impact.

Vision

We envision a day when Christian mentors are easily accessible for every woman who wants one worldwide.

Hi, I’m Connie Menser

I understand what it’s like to feel the pressures of being a mentor. When I worked as an International Specialist with a non-profit organization raising national leaders overseas and in the U.S, I realized how my confidence level and knowing my calling led to living a courageous life in fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Now, I teach a path to spiritual growth and biblical leadership principles that helped me become the mentor I am today, as well as the founder of Full Supply, Inc.

I believe in you and I’m here to help you lead confidently and live courageously in fulfillment of your God-given calling.
